Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Nova Medical Group, based in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Chief Operating Officer.
As the COO, you will report directly to the founder and CEO while working in partnership with the CFO and Medial Director to plan, organize, and direct clinical operations and supervise the operations department staff.
Some of the day-to-day functions include:
Represent clinics and interact with regulatory agencies insurance carriers, and other professional and community groups.
Negotiate with managed care plans and ensure the clinics’ long-term financial stability.
Maintain compliance with governmental regulations and industry requirements.
Oversee staff recruitment, development, performance evaluation of assigned employees.
Develop improved management techniques and practices.
Enhance operation’s effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment and high quality patient care.
Required Skills:
MUST have 4-year degree in accounting or similar business area
MHA, MBA, or MS in health administration or business administration is strongly preferred.
Professional development courses in health care management are strongly preferred.
Minimum of five years administrative experience (including two years of experience in the administration of a major clinic).
Must possess strong leadership and management skills, with demonstrable and progressive experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Nursing Services Director
Nova Medical Group, based in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Nursing Services Director.
As the Nursing Services Director, you will report directly to the founder and CEO while working in partnership with the medical director to lead, plan, organize and coordinate the daily operations of patient/nursing services to ensure quality patient care while also acting as a resource and role model for the clinical staff.
Some of the day-to-day functions include:
Plan, organize and manage nursing duties and provide leadership in complying with governmental, accreditation and other regulations/requirements and with Practice policies.
Facilitate development and implementation of departmental/company policies/procedures.
Compile and analyze data, prepare and present statistical information on departmental performance, productivity, activity and budget.
Assists HR with selection and reviews of departmental staff.
Supervise nursing care essential to assessment, promotion, maintenance and restoration of patients’ health and wellness.
Assist team leaders in instilling and reinforcing TQM principles throughout the department.
Arrange drug representative meetings with providers for dinners as needed.
Direct and coordinate the practice to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies that govern its OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, Medicare, Medicaid and commercial business.
Required Skills:
BSN from accredited school of nursing; MSN preferred
State RN or LPN license
Minimum of five years managerial experience (including two years of recent experience in the administration of a major clinic).
Must possess strong leadership and management skills, with demonstrable and progressive experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of current nursing practices, protocols, and state-of-the-art clinical skills.

X-Ray Technicians - Gainesville & Sterling
The general purpose of the Medical Assistant (MA)/X-Ray Tech position is to facilitate a positive patient experience. This position is responsible for greeting the patient, including crowd control and patient intake and check-out while delivering a quality patient experience. This is accomplished by performing all the appropriate administrative tasks, including EMR documentation, in accordance with company policy. This position will also perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
