iHealth
iHealth is a web based system that allows you to input your medical history and have access to it where ever you are and at any time of day via the web. If you have selected to register with iHealth, you are able to request appointments with your provider as well as request prescription refills. This system also provides you with access to education materials on medications, conditions and procedures.

This is an elective program, as a patient of Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center you are not required to register with iHealth. The medical information you include in your iHealth record cannot be accessed by anyone with out your permission and at this time is not connected with your medical records at our facilities.
