Smitha Beeravolu, MD Board Certified in Family Medicine Dr. Smitha Beeravolu was born and raised in Hyderabad, India. After receiving her medical degree in 2003, Dr. Beeravolu moved to the United States. In 2012, she completed her residency in Family Medicine at The Methodist Hospital in Houston, TX, where she was selected as “Best Resident” for two consecutive years. She is a member of Americ an Academy of Family Medicine and American Medical Association. Dr. Beeravolu enjoys treating patients of all ages, with special interest in women’s health and preventative medicine. She chose to pursue Family Medicine as her specialty because she values establishing and maintaining long term relationships with her patients and their families. Dr. Beeravolu is married and the loving mother of two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Upon successful completion of the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, Dr. Conklin started practice at the MetroHealth Buckeye Health Center in 2006. He joined Nova Medical Group in January 2011. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2006 and the American Board of Pediatrics since 2007, Dr. Conklin is a member of the American College of Physicians and a fellow of the American Association of Pediatrics. Dr. Christopher Connolly graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the New York Medical College of Valhalla, NY, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Prior to his medical school training, Dr. Connolly conducted specialized research for the Department of Emergency Medicine and Department of Obsterics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During his medical school training at New York Medical college, Dr. Connolly was granted a research fellowship and continued his research interests in the fields of Gastroenterology and Infectious Disease. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and joined Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. in 1999.

Chief Executive Officer Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Dr. Keenan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. A native of Canada, she received her medical degree from Memorial University School of Medicine in 1985. Upon successful completion of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Thomas Hospital Center in Akron, OH, Dr. Keenan relocated to Loudoun County and began private practice in 1988. The previous sole proprietorship became Nova Medical Group in 1991; today it is the largest integrative primary care practice in Loudoun County with locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg and Warrenton. An office in Gainesville is slated to open in early 2013.
Dr. Keenan is a business leader in Loudoun County. In 2012, she was honored with an “Enterprising Women of the Year” award by Enterprising Women magazine, a “Brava! Women in Business” award by SmartCEO magazine, a “Women Who Mean Business” award by the Washington Business Journal, and the inaugural “Stellar Woman of the Year” award at the Virginia Women’s Business Conference. She is actively involved with the local community, serving on the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet, and the Tigerlily Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, Dr. Keenan is a member of 100 Women Strong, the Washington Spa Alliance, a clinical preceptor for George Mason and Marymount Universities, and an affiliate faculty for George Mason University. On a national level, she serves on the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Leaders & Innovators Strategic Advisory Panel and the University of California Irvine Extension Advisory Committee for the Spa & Hospitality Management Certificate Program.

Mariya Urbanski, MD Board Certified in Internal Medicine Dr. Mariya Urbanski was born and raised in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from NN State Medical Academy in 1996 and was the president of the local medical association. She practiced in Russia before immigrating to the United States in 2000. In the US, she completed her stateside residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY, while performing additional coursework at Cornell University's Weill School of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Urbanski comes from a long line of physicians, as both her mother and grandmother were also medical doctors. She strives to continue the family tradition, combining the highest level of knowledge with common sense and practicality to provide the best possible medical care. She specializes in primary care, senior care, and rehabilitation medicine. Dr. Urbanski is a member of the American Academy of Physicians and the American Medical Association. She is fluent in Russian and enjoys playing violin, ice skating, golfing and cooking in her leisure time. She also volunteers her services at several local clinics and is a strong advocate for providing medical services to those who are unable to afford such. Dr. Urbanski currently resides in Reston with her husband, son and two step daughters. She then earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, at the Bradenton, FL campus in 2008. Her family medicine residency training was completed at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA where she served as chief resident in 2011. Dr. Zawistoski is board certified in family medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and the American Osteopathic Association. Dr. Zawistoski enjoys family medicine because it offers the opportunity to treat patients of all ages and to develop long term patient relationships.
