Conklin, MD Board Certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Dr. Jeffrey Conklin was born in Orchard Park, NY and received his Medical Degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2002. Upon successful completion of the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, Dr. Conklin started practice at the MetroHealth Buckeye Health Center in 2006. He joined Nova Medical Group in January 2011. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2006 and the American Board of Pediatrics since 2007, Dr. Conklin is a member of the American College of Physicians and a fellow of the American Association of Pediatrics. PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY Dr. Conklin believes in helping patients learn as much as they can about their medical conditions and the latest general health recommendations so that they can make the best decisions possible to maximize their wellness.
