One-on-One Personal Training
Personal training is a fun, effective way to improve your appearance and overall health. One-on-one personal training sessions are solely dedicated to you, your needs, and goals. Individual sessions can be purchased as well as 3 pack sessions and 12 pack sessions.
Partner Personal Training
Ideal for couples, friends, and co-workers, partner personal training is a great way to work towards wellness while reducing the costs of your training sessions. This program will allow you to provide support, motivation, and commitment for each other under the guidance and direction of a qualified professional who focuses on your individual needs and goals. Again, sessions can be purchased on an individual basis, as a 3 pack, or a 12 pack. Partner personal training is available for groups of two or three people.
Group Fitness Classes
Nova offers a variety of classes throughout the year including yoga, Pilates, and strength training. Each class has its own individual fitness benefit. For assistance in selecting a class, complimentary fitness consultations are available. Classes can be purchased on an individual basis, or in a pack of 12 or 18.
