Our employees have many options available to select the right health care coverage for their individual needs. Three medical plans are offered consisting of a PPO plan, HMO plan and HRA plan. The dental plan consists of both a PPO plan and DMO plan, and enrolled employees can switch from one to the other on a monthly basis. Nova pays for a portion of our employees’ monthly insurance premiums and pays, fully, the short- and long-term disability plans as well as a Group Life Insurance plan. Employees can elect to enroll in additional life insurance with AD&D for themselves, their spouses and/or their children. Nova partners with Aflac and Legal Shield to offer our employees an opportunity to elect coverage under their plans.
